and what's good with herbal?
(1) it got minimal, if none, side effects
(2) no waste, everything from leaves to roots can be used
(3) can be acquired and be grown in the backyard
(4) can be used immediately or for maintenance

can't think of some more, but i think there are plenty more of advantages in it..
