in addition:
(1) if you are serious in losing weight, you can check your calorie daily intake requirement so you can balance it with your daily activities.. it also would come in handy, especially, when you are more serious about shredding some packs, and goes to gym regularly..
(2) if work is what's taking up much of your time, the above list could do the trick.. also, sleep early or avoid sleeping late.. if inevitable, try not to be often.. graveyard shifts is one of the difficult problems a body encounters due to alteration of the body clock..
also, avoid the booze, and the smoke.. but dude, sometimes vices can be forgiven.. lol..
